All applicants shall fulfill the following requirements:<\/span><\/p>

  1. Students pursuing Undergraduate, Masters or Doctorates Programs at the College of Liberal Arts who have completed at least one full year of academic study (excluding students from the Continuing Education or Part-time programs)<\/span><\/li>
  2. Satisfy the language proficiency requirements and other applicable admission criteria as required by partner universities.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Mainland China students, Overseas Chinese students, and International Students are not allowed to apply to partner universities from their country of origin or residence.<\/span><\/li>
  4. International students who have received Taiwan MOE scholarships are ineligible to apply; International students who have received NTNU scholarships will have their scholarships automatically suspended for the period on exchange.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    Applicants shall submit the following documents and information to the College of Liberal Arts:<\/span><\/p>

    Section A: Documents required in Chinese or in Englsih<\/span><\/p>

    1. Application Checklist<\/span><\/li>
    2. Application Form<\/span><\/li>
    3. Autobiography (1000 Words and above)<\/span><\/li>
    4. Study Plan for Exchange Program (No required format, 1000 words and above; to include motivations for going on the exchange program, proposed course selection list and credit transfer plan when back in NTNU, etc.)<\/span><\/li>
    5. Link to a 3-5 minute self-introduction video in the target language<\/span> (if applying for the English group, please do it in English; for the Japanese group, in Japanese; for the European group, in German\/French or English)<\/span><\/li>
    6. Official Transcript from previous semesters and Overall Level and Class Ranking Slip from the Office of Academic Affairs.<\/span><\/li>
    7. Photocopied documents of proof of club activities or outstanding performances in School activities.<\/span><\/li>
    8. Satisfy all admission requirements of the applicable partner university, and shall provide photocopies of the required language proficiency certificates (To submit the original together for vetting purposes during submission).<\/span><\/li>
    9. Public-funded students are to provide a copy of a \u201cLetter of Guarantee\u201d.<\/span><\/li>
    10. All other required documents as stated in the notice for Exchange application.<\/span><\/li>
    11. Application Fee of NTD 500 and a copy of the successful online payment receipt.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      Section B:<\/span><\/p>

      Application documents shall be compiled in the following format: (2) Application Form; (5) Official Transcript from previous semesters and Overall Level and Class Ranking Slip from the Office of Academic Affairs; (8) Original copy of the required language proficiency certificate and (11) Copy of the proof of payment of the NTD 500, and shall all be submitted to the <\/span>Vice Dean\u00a0<\/span>Office, Room Cin 304 \u6587\u5b78\u9662\u526f\u9662\u9577\u5ba4 \u6587\u5b78\u9662\u5927\u6a13\u52e4304\u5ba4.<\/span><\/p>

      Items listed 3 to 10 as above in section A to be compiled into a single digital file in PDF format and emailed to the following address: cla_vdo@ntnu.edu.tw<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a0<\/strong>May 22nd, 2025 (Thursday). Please specify in the email subject: \u201cCollege of Liberal Arts\u00a0 Exchange Program Selection (Name, Department)\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

      Section C:<\/span><\/p>

      Payment for Application Fees: Payment only accepted through Online Cash System (No Cash payment allowed): (\u7dda\u4e0a\u91d1\u6d41\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0cRoute: NTNU front page\/ Students\/ IPortal ). Please print out the receipt through the university’s online system and submit the proof of payment along with your application.<\/span><\/p>

      Section D:<\/span><\/p>

      Application Due Date: 17:00, 2025\/05\/22 (Thu) <\/strong><\/span>. Applications received thereafter shall be null and void.<\/span><\/p>
