{"id":46665,"date":"2025-10-09T16:21:59","date_gmt":"2025-10-09T08:21:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cla.ntnu.edu.tw\/?p=46665"},"modified":"2025-10-09T17:06:56","modified_gmt":"2025-10-09T09:06:56","slug":"college-level-2026-2027-outbound-exchange-selection","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cla.ntnu.edu.tw\/index.php\/en\/2025\/10\/09\/college-level-2026-2027-outbound-exchange-selection\/","title":{"rendered":"College-Level 2026-2027 Outbound Exchange Selection"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>All applicants shall fulfill the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students pursuing Undergraduate, Master&#8217;s or Doctorate Programs at the College of Liberal Arts who have completed at least one full year of academic study (excluding students from the Continuing Education or Part-time programs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Satisfy the language proficiency requirements and other applicable admission criteria as required by partner universities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mainland China students, Overseas Chinese students, and International Students are not allowed to apply to partner universities from their country of origin or residence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International students who have received Taiwan MOE scholarships are ineligible to apply; International students who have received NTNU scholarships will have their scholarships automatically suspended for the period on exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants shall submit the following documents and information to the College of Liberal Arts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Section A: Documents required in Chinese or in English<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Application Checklist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application Form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autobiography (in Chinese or in English, 1000 Words and above)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Study Plan for Exchange Program (No required format, 1000 words and above; to include motivations for going on the exchange program, proposed course selection list and credit transfer plan when back in NTNU, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4eb20c2803799c0de945ea632469ea6a\"><strong>Link to a 3-5 minute self-introduction video in the target language\u00a0<\/strong>(if applying for the English group, please do it in English; for the Japanese group, in Japanese; for the European group, in German\/French or English)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Official Transcript from previous semesters and Overall Level and Class Ranking Slip from the Office of Academic Affairs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photocopied documents of proof of club activities or outstanding performances in School activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Satisfy all admission requirements of the applicable partner university, and shall provide photocopies of the required language proficiency certificates (To submit the original together for vetting purposes during submission).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public-funded students are to provide a copy of a \u201cLetter of Guarantee\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All other required documents as stated in the notice for Exchange application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application Fee of NTD 500 and a copy of the successful online payment receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Section B:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Application documents shall be compiled in the following format: (2) Application Form; (5) Official Transcript from previous semesters and Overall Level and Class Ranking Slip from the Office of Academic Affairs; (8) Original copy of the required language proficiency certificate and (11) Copy of the proof of payment of the NTD 500, and shall all be submitted to the&nbsp;Vice Dean&nbsp;Office, Room Chin 304 \u6587\u5b78\u9662\u526f\u9662\u9577\u5ba4 \u6587\u5b78\u9662\u5927\u6a13\u52e4304\u5ba4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Items listed 3 to 10 as above in section A to be compiled into a single digital file in PDF format and emailed to the following address:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:cla_vdo@ntnu.edu.tw\">cla_vdo@ntnu.edu.tw<\/a>&nbsp;by<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>December 26th, 2025 (Friday).
