- Objective: To enhance the culture of Spanish learning in Taiwan, promote Spanish culture, strengthen exchanges among Spanish learners, and encourage students from various schools to participate, with the aim of boosting learning motivation.
- Competition Applicant: Currently enrolled students in high schools, vocational high schools, and colleges/universities nationwide (holding nationality of a non-Spanish-speaking country).
