2030永續發展教育框架

計畫緣起與交流成果

為促進聯合國永續發展目標(Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs)之達成,聯合國教科文組織師培教育重新導向永續發展小組(UNESCO Chair in Reorienting Education towards Sustainability)、加拿大約克大學教育學院Charles A. Hopkins教授領導之全球性計畫,與本校於2018年6月27日簽訂合作備忘錄,透過參與此聯合國教科文組織下之學術網絡,增進本校國際交流與彰顯學術能量。

本校於2020年12月19日續訂備忘錄,並加入「國際師資培育學校網絡 International Network of Teacher Education Institutions (INTEI)」,以及「2030年永續發展教育框架 ESD for 2030 Framework」下之「原住民族永續發展教育 #IndigenousESD (Education for Sustainable Development)」等學術社群,預期將擴大與所屬成員學校之合作範圍,包括:

A. 師資培育 (Teacher Education)

B. 教育永續發展 (Education for Sustainable Development, ESD)

C. 原住民族語教育 (Indigenous Language Education)

 更進一步連結全球頂尖師培教育之高等教育機構學術網絡,共同為「2030年永續發展教育框架」的目標擘劃並實踐2022年-2032年「國際原住民語言十年International Decade of Indigenous Languages」。

 In the last month, which was also National Indigenous History Month, the discoveries of more unmarked graves of Indigenous children in Canada led to a thoughtful and reflective Canada Day on 1 July. Rather than celebrating the founding of the nation, many thought of the families whose children did not return from school and mourned with them. We are hopeful that Canada will address its past and everyone living in Canada will contribute to the process of healing for a better future for all.

In recent days, Canada has been shaken by a gruesome discovery. On the grounds of the former Kamloops Indian Residential School, located on the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc First Nation in British Colombia, the remains of 215 children were found. It is a tragic certainty of what was long expected and a painful reminder of Canada’s failure to respect Indigenous communities, their land, and their heritage. We mourn the loss of children who never returned and offer our condolences to the families and their communities. …

The upcoming 2nd International Conference on Innovation in Learning Instruction and Teacher Education, Hanoi, 11-12 December 2021, held by the Hanoi National University of Education, with the support of the World Bank and the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training. 

Papers are being accepted now. The deadline for submission is 20 April 2021.

歷年活動資訊

聯合國教科文組織永續發展目標(SDGs)優質教育委員會主席、也是加拿大約克大學教授Charles Hopkins與姊妹校馬來西亞理工大學都市與區域規劃學系教授Irina Safitri Zen於10月9日拜訪國立臺灣師範大學,由副校長宋曜廷率領文學院副院長廖學誠與多位師長親自接待,並在師大舉辦院級計畫講座,探討原住民教育與永續發展議題。

ESD for 2030 Framework

The UNESCO Chair at York University with its connected INTEI and IndigenousESD networks will continue to be active in these initiatives. With the launch of the ESD for 2030 Framework by UNESCO, we will create new opportunities for collective learning and joint research and other activities.
