申請美國天普大學3+2學碩士雙聯學位2019秋季班公告本校與美國天普大學共同辦理之3+2學碩士雙聯學位2019年秋季班，自即日起受理申請，請於108年2月21日（星期四下午5點）前備齊相關表件送達本校國際事務處學術合作組彙辦並統一送件。

二、申請資格：(如附件簡章說明)
基本要求: (依據各系所要求標準而定，部分院系所要求GPA與語言能力等標準更高)
(1)本校學士班三或四年級在學生。
(2)於本校僅剩三個以下的未修課程（請檢附相關證明文件）。
(3)入學至申請前一學期成績 GPA 3.0/4.0以上。
(4)語言能力：達到TOEFL Internet-based (iBT) 79 以上或IELTS Academic 6.5
(5)申請商學院者，亦需提交GMAT或GRE成績
三、申請流程與基本文件：（最終所需文件依據各系所要求標準而定）
(一)線上申請：申請人應完整填寫並送出天普大學雙聯學制計畫申請表及欲申請研究所申請表，表單網址：

(二)填寫校內申請表(如附件)
(三)備齊其它應檢附之文件：申請人應依天普大學雙聯學制計畫及擬申請之研究所規定備齊其它文件。若文件未齊，一律退件。

(2) Letters of Recommendation: 3 letters of recommendation
(3) Resume or Curriculum Vitae
(4) TOEFL or IELTS Score
(5) Standardized Test Scores (The GRE and GMAT tests are waived for all applicants to the DBMD Program. Only applicants seeking admission to the Fox School of Business are required to take the GMAT test.)

(7) Application for Certificate of Eligibility (Form I-20)
Official supporting financial documents dated no more than 6 months prior to the date of application, and a copy of the passport biography page, must accompany the application packet.
